About Us
We are part of the Episcopal Diocese of Iowa, and also active in the North Cedar Valley Chapter.
We are a thriving community of families, retirees, professionals, and students, welcoming all to join us for worship and fellowship. All baptized persons are welcome to receive Eucharist, and those seeking a permanent or visitng worship community are always welcome to particiapte in whatever ways work best for them.
Rev. Dr. Judith Jones is our priest-in-residence.
Once monthly we celebrate Morning Prayer, a lay-led prayer service that has always been an integral part of the rich history of the Anglican Church. Opportunities to serve the community in many ways are available, from leading Morning Prayer to Proclaiming the Word during services to helping with one of the many service projects in which our friends and members participate. You are also welcome to come and "just be."

Our Mission
To worship God and to follow Christ's teaching; to grow in knowledge and the practice of Christian faith; to bring others to God; and to serve and care for God's people in the congregation, the community, and the world through Episcopal worship, Christian learning, and service to each other and to our neighbors.
The focus is on outreach and mission at St. Andrew's. The congregation is committed to helping achieve the Millenium Development Goals on local, regional, national and global scales. Mission activities include local minsitries such as packing weekend food backpacks for free and reduced lunch students in our local school dsitrict and serving, along with other community churches, a community meal for those in need called Saints Cafe. St. Andrew's has been designated a Jubilee Ministry by the ECUSA, recognizing our partnership with Cedar Valley Friends of the Family, a domestic abuse shelter serving a large region of northeastern Iowa. We also collect and deliver nonperishable goods for the Northeast Iowa food pantry. In addition, the MDGs call us to work in partnership with developing countries and their people to improve maternal and child health. We have worked to raise money to buy mosquito nets and water chlorinators, to reduce malaria infections and provide clean drinking water in Africa.
